This Christmas, Stacey wanted to make the most of the festive period by hosting celebrations with all of the people in her life. This includes a family meal, a meal with friends, and a Christmas party for her staff. For the gathering with her friends, she wanted to enjoy a meal that she didn’t have to cook, leaving all of the guests free to enjoy the evening. To make this possible, she hired Hog Roast Stocksbridge to cater for the occasion and to provide our delicious festive menu for the meal. Our festive menu is ideal for all kinds of events, including small gatherings such as this one. In preparation, the Hog Roast Stocksbridge team got to work planning the menu!
The star of our festive menu is a delicious whole-roasted turkey, which is cooked to perfection to ensure that it is packed full of natural juices- no dry turkey over here! The sliced meat is then served with all of the traditional trimmings, including seasonal roasted vegetables and homemade gravy. To make a well-rounded and filling meal, we will also serve roasted potatoes, cauliflower cheese, and pigs in blankets. This menu includes everything expected from a delicious Christmas meal and is guaranteed to please your guests.
Following the traditional main meal, the guests will then be able to enjoy a delicious mince pie, served with warm brandy cream. This is a festive and comforting way to end the meal and goes nicely with the main meal.
