The Hog Roast Cortonwood brand has been trading for more than two decades now, so we’ve certainly learned plenty in that time to become the highly proficient team you see before you now at each and every event. Our goal has always been to provide stylish dining to events, and bit by bit we have gotten better and better at doing so.
It has long been the story of Hog Roast Cortonwood from right back to our inception. A desire to innovate and go unique was the starting point for the earliest idea of what Hog Roast Cortonwood could be. Well over twenty years ago now the Hog Roast Cortonwood idea began in earnest with our founder’s desire to create a better way to approach dining at events. That came from a bit of experience in the industry already with our founder having worked for other catering teams. With that experience our founder decided he wanted to go his own away and fill a niche that he considered to be perfect for event catering. That niche was the authentic hog roast, the very thing which our name and brand goes by now.
The issue with bringing authentic hog roasting to events at that time was there just wasn’t the right equipment on the market to facilitate large scale events out on the road every day, so being the ones to innovate, we went about designing and making our own. Those machines, which we call hog roasting machines, are the earliest prototypes of the machines that you will see our Hog Roast Cortonwood teams using at each and every event today. From the earliest machine we were able to create a new, stylish dining experience for guests at events, and the rest is history from there. Incrementally we improved, kept providing stylish dining, and soon became the nation’s leading hog roast caterer. That moniker sticks today because every one of our Hog Roast Cortonwood teams still continues to improve our services and our stylish approach to dining with every single event!
