For Tammy’s 21st birthday, she wanted to host a party near her home in South Yorkshire to celebrate with her friends and family. Her 18th birthday was in the middle of her A-level exams, so she couldn’t host a big party to celebrate becoming an adult. Instead, Tammy has decided that a big 21st birthday party will be a great way to make up for this! The event is set to include a DJ, plenty of themed drinks, and a delicious meal from Hog Roast Darton. Our catering managers Chris and Kayleigh discussed our catering options with Tammy and we decided that a Gourmet BBQ would be ideal for the occasion. The menu has the most amount of dishes available and has something for guests of all ages to enjoy.
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Darton team will arrive at the party venue in the afternoon and begin to prepare for the 8:00pm serving time. We will begin by preparing the main dishes, which will include succulent pork sausages, juicy British beef burgers, marinated chicken kebabs, BBQ spareribs, halloumi and vegetable skewers, and veggie sausages. The mains will be served in fresh bread rolls, with gluten-free rolls also on offer. Additionally, we will be providing homemade chips, sweet potato fries, creamy mac and cheese, gourmet coleslaw, and a selection of seasonal salad dishes. Overall, this menu will have more than enough to go around and will be the perfect addition to what is sure to be an eventful night!
