I can not recommend the Spitting Pig co enough. From my very first email back in January to the service we received at the end of May. Communication was always quick either by email or text. As this was a surprise birthday party for my husband they respected my request not to phone me. Daisy replied promptly and with all the details I needed to move forward with my booking. She was helpful, friendly and efficient.
Chris & Kayleigh, the Catering Managers responsible for providing us with the catering, arrived on the day and were excellent. All my guests were blown away by the amazing tasty pig and salads. They were organised and served my hungry crowd within no time at all. (73 guest) As stated they cleared everything away and left me with nothing to do.

Absolutey outstanding yet again. We honestly cant thank Kayleigh and Chris enough for delivering such a great event. The food went down a storm and was delicious, presentation was fantastic and was the same from the first to the last in the queue and we catered for 200 people. All the salads were prepared fresh when they arrived on site and it was a very high quality of groceries used. We received so much thanks and positive feedback, so we were yet again very happy. They just arrived at site, set up, and delivered - no fuss, no mess and because they are so orgainised, they just make it look so easy. First if all can I please apologise for the delay in replying to your email. I have responded to the questions but I also wanted to comment on Chris & Kayleigh who served us that night.
They were amazing and completely surpassed our expectations. The quality of service was fantastic both friendly and helpful and got fully involved in our evening (posing for photos etc) The food was beautiful everyone loved it (although fights nearly broke out over halloumi 😜) and the fact they served it all up to us meant we could enjoy it the day after. The dogs especially enjoyed the pigs ears.
Please can you pass on our thanks, I could not recommend them enough and wish them all the best in the future. They was an absolute credit.

Wow.... what a fantastic couple that came on the day - professional, friendly with a fantastic set up. It was totally hassle free for us, they served 150 people on the day which is astonishing, keeping the waiting time down to a minimum. The quality and presentation of the food was very high, plenty of it and it didn't matter if you were first or last in the queue, you got the same service and experience. We did not have one single complaint, everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food - which was delicious and to get no complaints on the day is virtually unheard of due to catering for such a large number of people with varying nationalities.
I really cant thank you both enough - a huge well done and thanks you.

We had the pleasure of attending an event the Spitting Pig were catering at last year and was very impressed with their high quality of food and service. On the back of this I opted to use them for an event I was putting on and they were absolutely incredible. They make everything from the communication to a last minute addition to the menu so easy.
The food is absolutely out of this world - the Cajun spices on the chicken, the tendered pulled pork, beef brisket and salmon - everyone was up for seconds and thirds!
The team were friendly, bubbly and have an incredible set up. A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful team for creating a wonderful dining experience for my guests and without hesitation I would highly recommend.

First of all I would like to thank you all for a very professional service, from start to finish I have been in safe hands….that was very important to me. Colin and Louis were lovely, they came to the house very discreetly (our son had no idea they were coming), the event was a fiftieth birthday party for our son, we had lots of family join us. The roast was perfect, just as Colin had promised, very moist, it went down a treat with everyone, we had the accompaniments usually served, chips , salad and halloumi skewers.

From the point of contact with your company you have proven to be attentive and personal with your approach. I talked straight to someone in the office who are were polite and after a short call an enquiry was made with a promise of a response within the hour and that is what we got. A representative contacted us with menus and prices and before we know it our event date was saved and we started counting down the days. Our caterer turned up to our event with plenty of time and got set up and instantly we could tell this was to a professional standard. The set up looked lovely and the hog roast looked even better. To celebrate gyms re-opening the other month and to treat all of the trainers and staff at my gym, we had an outdoor employee buffet. The team had found being away from each other really hard and had worked really hard to get us back in a position for opening our doors back up. They Hog Roast Dringhouses guys had so many options for us to suit all tastes and diet, which was perfect, since fitness fans can be picky eaters sometimes! They took every precaution to keep COVID-safer, from wearing masks and gloves to bringing their own hand sanitiser for us to use and spreading the buffet tables out so we could queue up at a safe distance. They were super friendly and the food was brilliant – would recommend!

Due to Covid restrictions, we had to cancel our wedding this year. We didn’t want the day to pass without any sort of celebration so we had one of your delicious menus dropped off at our house. The meat was so tasty! We saved some and put it aside for some family members in our bubble! Thank you.

Spitting Pig South Yorkshire put on an excellent spread which catered for everyone. There were a couple of vegetarians on our guest list who had no problem finding plenty of food to satisfy them! Accommodating and friendly staff made sure that everything went smoothly which I really appreciate.
