On the 22nd of October, Spitting Pig South Yorkshire attended The Big York Racecourse Wedding Show at York Racecourse. The event ran from 10:30am until 3:00pm, with hundreds of couples attending during this time. The event included over 100 leading wedding suppliers, covering every aspect that needs to be planned, including florists, dressmakers, caterers, venues, and entertainment options. The guests could also watch two stunning catwalk shows and enjoy live music and entertainment, which was ideal for getting some inspiration and ideas. Additionally, there were plenty of delicious food and drinks on offer for guests to test, in preparation for their own wedding catering.
At the Spitting Pig South Yorkshire stand, our catering managers Chris and Kayleigh were ready to speak to the visitors and answer any questions they may have about our catering. We were on hand to chat about all of our different catering packages, discussing how each menu could be customised to suit their wedding day. We chatted with lots of couples about their wedding plans and discussed which menu would be ideal for them. During the course of the day, we met so many great couples and chatted with many about getting in contact to book catering for their big day.
