Margaret works at a secondary school in South Yorkshire and was tasked with organising a Christmas party for the teaching staff to enjoy before the end of term this December. The event was set to take place in the school hall with a delicious festive meal for everyone to enjoy, plenty of seasonal drinks, and a few fun party games to get everyone in the Christmas spirit. For the catering, Margaret contacted Hog Roast Adwick le Street to arrange a menu for the occasion. She discussed her options with Chris and Kayleigh, our catering managers, and it was decided that a classic hog roast would be ideal, alongside an additional meat-free dish and some festive sides. All of our menus can be customised for your event so our team was happy to create the perfect menu for this party.
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Adwick le Street team will arrive at the venue in the afternoon to prepare for the 6:00pm serving time. We will begin by preparing the main dishes, which will include a delicious slow-roasted hog and BBQ-pulled jackfruit. Both dishes will be prepared on-site to ensure maximum freshness and flavour. For the side dishes, we will also be serving sage and onion stuffing, cauliflower cheese, roasted potatoes, pigs in blankets, and a selection of seasonal vegetables. Our catering is sure to be a great addition to this party and will be the perfect way to get the guests in the Christmas spirit!
