At IMMI Ltd, safety isn’t just a job – it’s a way of life. If you haven’t heard of them, they’re the ones responsible for designing, developing and testing safety products that keeping everyone from engineers and soldiers to first responders, truckers and families safe and secure.
IMMI’s products affect millions of lives all over the world, making them a bit of an unsung hero in the health and safety world. So, it was lovely for us to see them having their moment in the sun (quite literally!) earlier this month.
Celebrating 25 years of ”Bringing Safety To People”, IMMI’s British crew enjoyed a relaxed afternoon under brilliant blue skies. Making the occasion feel that touch extra special, Union Jack bunting was wrapped around the trees, a balloon arch was set up and a huge banner celebrating the incredible achievement was on display. Better still, Hog Roast Conisbrough was hired to serve this well-deserved group a fantastic selection of food.
Our catering managers, Chris and Kayleigh, were in charge of managing this event and they didn’t just meet expectations – they surpassed them!
After hours of diligent prep, workers were invited to tuck into a whole slow-roasted hog complete with crackling, stuffing and applesauce served on soft rolls. There were also chafing trays filled to the brim with piping hot sweet potato and classic fries, succulent marinated chicken thighs and, for the non-meat-eaters, grilled vegetable and halloumi kebabs with tzatziki dip, flatbreads and punchy sweet chilli sauce.
We don’t believe a feast is ever complete without some tasty sides, so you can bet there were plenty of delicious accompaniments for these guests to enjoy. From gourmet coleslaw to huge bowls of freshly tossed salads, Hog Roast Conisbrough made sure every craving was taken care of.
The IMMI Ltd team had a brilliant time celebrating their milestone anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed Hog Roast Conisbrough’s buffet, which had something that every member of staff could enjoy.
