Don’t Let Dietary Requirements Stop You From Enjoying A Delicious Meal – Hog Roast Brancepeth Makes Sure Everyone Is Taken Care Of!

Whether you’re pulling together a backyard birthday bash or planning the wedding of your dreams, catering for a crowd is already a logistical puzzle… Throw in a handful of allergies, a couple of vegans, a coeliac or two and suddenly you’re wondering if you’ve bitten off more than you can chew (pun intended).

Sound familiar?

Well, here’s the thing – it genuinely doesn’t have to be that stressful.

At Hog Roast Brancepeth, inclusivity isn’t a box we tick; it’s the reason we built our menus the way we did. We’ve always believed that great food should be for everyone at the table, not just the majority. So rather than leaving guests to pick awkwardly around dishes that don’t suit them, we make sure every single person walks away having eaten something they loved – and something they know was safe.

That philosophy is exactly what won over Beth and Ethan when they started planning their big day. With the groom and a number of their guests being coeliac, finding a caterer who could handle a fully gluten-free spread without cutting corners was non-negotiable, so they were ecstatic to find Hog Roast Brancepeth had plenty of dishes that suited their needs.

Our catering manager Kayleigh went all-in on the desserts (because a wedding without a showstopping pudding is practically a crime). Meanwhile, Chris and the rest of the team worked flat-out to get everything ready for the 5pm dinner service without a single snag.

By the time 120 guests filtered into Brancepeth Village Hall, the smells coming from our setup were doing all the talking. Handmade British beef burgers, gourmet sausages, Thai chicken kebabs, BBQ spareribs, veggie burgers and meatless sausages filled the hall with the kind of aroma that makes it very hard to hold a conversation. Served alongside bread rolls, wraps, Greek salad, coleslaw, sweet potato fries, classic fries and a sauce selection that included – naturally – salt and vinegar (some things are non-negotiable).

Then came Kayleigh’s desserts – sticky toffee puddings and individual cheesecakes with an artistic raspberry drizzle. Tables went quiet. Guests went back for seconds. Beth and Ethan couldn’t stop smiling.

It was a truly magical day – one that Hog Roast Brancepeth won’t forget anytime soon.
